Here's how Buybacks work:
- We buy your goods from you, and guarantee you the right to buy the goods back from us within 28 days.
- We give you cash for your Buyback goods.
- We will discuss your needs with you.
- We place the goods in secure storage.
- Within the next 28 days you can return to buy back your goods for the price we paid you for them, plus an option fee for the service.
- You can even extend the agreement by a further 28 days with our one-off renewal option - this involves paying the fee at the time of repurchase and at the time of renewal. Unfortunately no further extensions of the Buybacks agreement can be offered.
- All items will be tested in store at the time of purchase so there will be no recourse to vendor.
Here's what you need:
- You must be over 18 years old to take advantage of the Buybacks scheme.
- You will need to bring a minimum of three recent documents of identification - including at least one signature and another with proof of address, e.g. driving licence, passport or similar. We will need to check these before we can give you any cash for your cheque.
- Your information, photo and subsequent history records will be entered onto our computer database.
